NGFA Coaches Needed!!! Football : - 6U Coach Needed Are you interested in taking a team, but don't know where to start? Have a question about coaching, but don't know who to ask? Want to see if you have what it takes? YES - I want to know more...		Important Dates & Events Football Equipment Sale: Thursday, July 17th Saturday, July 19th Tuesday, July 22nd Football Evaluations: July 23rd, 24th Field Assignments for Evaluations Cheerleader Uniform Pick Up: July 23rd Pick Up Time & Location Cheerleader Evaluations: July 23rd Evaluation Time & Location Football Practice Starts: July 28th Field Assignments for Practice Cheerleading Starts: August 4th Field Assignments for Practice		GFL Physicals Be sure to take a GFL physical form to your appointment. Dr. Sampson (Sports Medicine South) has graciously offered to extend his services for GFL participants. He is available for appointments in his office on Tuesdays and Thursdays ( 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) through July 23rd. Please call 770-237-3475 for an appointment. Cost $15.00 The physicals will be performed by MICHAEL J. SAMPSON DO 1900 Riverside Pkwy Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Find other participating Physicians who will provide GFL physicals at a discounted rate. All GFL participants are required to have a current physical.

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:

NGFA will be selling used Football Equipment again on July 17th, 19th and the 22nd (Please check the calendar for times). Equipment sales will be held in the Fieldhouse/Pressbox at George Pierce Park's main football field . This equipment will be sold at discount prices on a first come, first serve basis. Equipment sale is a CASH ONLY sale and all sales are final.

Each football player will need to have the following equipment to participate in the 2008 Football Season: Equipment List

What will be sold at the 2008 Football Equipment Sale?

Football Helmet – Black Regulation youth football helmet with facemask. ($30 - $50)

Football Shoulder Pads – Regulation Youth Shoulder Pads. Generally are sized according to weight. ($20 - $35)

***Prices are based on equipment size and condition.

The North Gwinnett Bulldogs are affiliated with the Gwinnett Football League located in

Gwinnett County (Northeast Metro Atlanta). The Bulldogs are age based f or football and

we have teams in the following age & grade levels. Age is based on participants age as of Sept 1st.

8	3rd
9	4th
10	5th
11	6th
12	7th
13-15	8th

Cheerleading is strickly grade (K-8th) based (regardless of age).

It is the primary purpose of the North Gwinnett Football Association to promote, encourage, direct, and

operate football and cheerleading programs for the youth of the NORTH GWINNETT AREA . Our primary

focus is to promote the physical, mental, social, educational, and spiritual welfare of all the participants

through organized sports. This is achieved by promoting the ideals of good citizenship and sportsmanship.
