2010 NGFA Cheerleading

Evaluations (for grades 3rd-7th)

Thursday, July 22nd 5:00pm-8:00pm at NG High School Commons Area

At the evaluations, the cheerleaders will be taught a quick cheer and chant and they will go over the different jumps. Then the girls will go in groups and will do the cheer, chant and jumps in front of a few coaches who will be evaluating. This is very low key. It just gives us the opportunity to evaluate each girl’s strengths and also to make sure that when we draft the girls onto teams that we are not putting all of the same skill levels on the same teams. It should take about 30-45 minutes and you can come anytime in that time frame.

Uniform Pick Up

Thursday, July 22nd 5:00-8:00pm at NG High School Commons Area

Uniforms will be ready for pick up at this time. Even if your daughter doesn't have to attend evaluations, you can come by and pick her uniform up. Camp wear will also be handed out at this time.

Cheer Draft and Call from Coach

Saturday, July 24rd or Sunday July 25th

You will receive a call from your Coach either Saturday or Sunday. They will let you know their contact information and also any other pertinent information.

All of the cheerleaders will meet in the Commons Area the first night and then break off into their individual squads. The High School cheerleaders will be teaching them some cheers, chants and also a half time routine. If you are unable to attend, please just let your coach know when they call you letting you know what team you are on.
